Everything marked optional can be left blank. The more you can say about how the property uses electricity, the more useful the first answer will be.

What makes an assessment request easy to answer.
When the property is busy
Whether power is drawn mostly in the middle of the day or mostly in the evening changes the design more than any other single fact.
What the roof looks like
Roughly which way it faces, whether it is flat or pitched, what it is covered with, and whether anything shades it.
What might change
A vehicle, a pool, an extension, a change of hours or a new tenant. All of it belongs in the design now rather than later.
Who else is involved
An architect, an electrician, a building manager or a landlord. Knowing early avoids designing around the wrong constraints.
