Solar Design & Projects Coordinator

What the role involves

• Turning a site assessment into an array layout, single-line diagram and component list, with the reasoning behind each choice recorded.
• Preparing the written proposal: what is included, what is excluded, and what the price depends on.
• Scheduling installation around access, safety and, for commercial sites, trading hours.
• Coordinating between the field team, the customer and any third party involved in a project, so nothing depends on a conversation nobody else heard.

What we are looking for

• Experience in solar design, electrical design or a related technical planning role.
• Comfortable with array-design and single-line diagram software, or able to learn it quickly.
• Clear written communication: proposals and schedules need to be understood by people who are not engineers.
• Spanish and English both useful for this role, given the customer and site mix on the Costa Blanca.
