Mireia trained and worked as a commercial electrician before co-founding Solara Energy in 2016. She still signs off the fixing, cabling and testing checklist every crew follows, on a two-panel porch or a full commercial roof.
Her rule from day one: nobody writes a proposal for a roof they have not stood on. She holds the field team to the same standard she held herself to before the company existed.
